We have been an international publisher of humorous, award-winning greeting cards since 1980.  We are currently looking for a part-time Service Representative in greeting card sales and merchandising to service accounts in Sterling Heights, Warren, Troy, Macomb and surrounding cities. Service Representative Responsibilities:

The Service Representative plays an integral role in providing excellent customer service in the field to our valued retail customers. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Assisting in display installation
• Straightening and stocking displays
• Expanding Avanti brands in each store
• Developing strong relationships with retail customers
• Prospecting new business
• Daily administrative duties: order entry, email correspondence etc.

Requirements:

The right candidate would possess the following traits:

• MUST LIVE IN A CENTRAL LOCATION OF THIS TERRITORY
• Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration
• A friendly & positive attitude with a strong desire to always go the extra mile for internal/external customers
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
• A great attention to detail
• Have a reliable computer at home
• Have proficient computer skills
• Have schedule flexibility with 2-3 full weekdays available to work

This is an hourly position, paying $16.00 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Hours are not guaranteed, but this position requires approximately 10-15 hours a week, with some schedule flexibility. Benefits include: Monthly Cell Phone allowance, 401K participation, and Paid vacation accrual with hours worked.
