Q) When will the balance of the Avanti cards be shipping at the higher retails and what are the NEW retails?
A) Beginning August 1st, all Avanti Standard, PopOuts, Embellished & Blanks reflected the NEW Avanti Retail Price:
- Standard Cards: $3.99 USA / $4.79 Canada
- Embellished: $4.99 USA / $5.99 Canada
- Pop-outs: $4.99 USA / $5.99 Canada
- Blanks: $4.29 USA / $4.79 Canada
- Minis: $.625 USA/CAN Suggested Retail: $1.25
After August 1st, all Avanti cards will ship with the dual retails reflected above.
Q) When will New UPCs be available?
A) The updated SKUs and UPCs at the higher retails are available today. Click Here
Q) When will the Printed & Online Avanti Sales Booster Catalog be available and will it show all cards and UPC codes at the new retail?
A) The Avanti Sales Booster is now available!
Q) When will the retailers receive the NEW printed catalog?
A) Avanti Press non-control independent USA and Canada receive by Aug 15th However, the updated PDF will be available online on August 1st.
Q). Will America and A*Press Everyday Cards have a retail increase?
A). Currently, the is no change to the America or A*Press retail price points.
Q). Is there an Avanti brand new intro in September? What is the retail?
A). Yes, there will be a September Avanti brand new intro and the standard cards will be published at $3.99 USA / $4.79 Canada
Q) Will there be any other printed catalogs in August?
A) Only the Avanti USA/Canada Sales Boost Catalog will be available. The 2022 Catalog that was printed in March is also available.
Ordering, Shipments & Merchandising
Q) If I order the old item number, what will happen?
A) After August 1st, the new item number is automatically assigned to the old number and the card with the NEW retail of $3.99 US /$4.79 Canada will be ordered and shipped.
Q) How do we handle multiple retails for the same card in the display?
A) After August 1st, only the higher retail will be shipping for all Avanti cards. The NEW card reflecting the higher retail should be placed behind the $3.49 priced card.
Q) How will we know what Avanti cards are being shipped at the new $3.99 price point and how can we help retailers identify the new price point if the retailer is not using a POS system?
A) The $3.99 Avanti cards will have centered Item # & UPC code on the back of the card. The retail transition flyer will continue to be included in every shipment calling attention to the change in US & CAN retails.
Q). How will my Control Acct orders be handled?
A) Beginning Aug 1st, all new item #’s will ship – even if an old item # is ordered, our system will link it to the new item # at the higher retail and ship with your order.
Transition Timing:
• 8+/- New Avanti brand cards were priced at $3.99 retail in March DOWNLOAD
• 25 core Avanti brand best sellers will be priced at $3.99 retail in March DOWNLOAD
• The everyday introduction in June was priced at $3.99 retail DOWNLOAD
• All remaining Avanti brand everyday cards will transition to $3.99 retail on August 1
• Blanks will be priced at $4.29 retail / $2.145 wholesale / $12.87 per 6-card unit
• Pop-Outs will be priced at $4.99 retail / $2.495 wholesale / $14.97 per 6-card unit
