Freelance Photoshop Photo Illustrator
The Freelance Photoshop Photo Illustrator:
• Uses Photoshop photographic illustration software to create Avanti product.
• Digitally creates the illusion of reality within each image without totally relying on Photoshop special effects filters.
• Digitally creates natural photographic light, shadows, and color balance when combining elements.
• Has experience in and a natural affinity for creating texture, noise, grain, and focus for each image they create.
• May be required to create multiple versions of the same image. This may involve changing specific pieces, backgrounds, characters and various other elements as needed.
• Must create files that are organized, easy to navigate, and easily modified.
• Creates one final image using numerous photographic elements from several different sources. The end result is a natural looking, photographic image.
• Has excellent communication skills as they take direction from the Art Directors and others frequently.
• Creates animal fur and hair on a regular basis, so skill in those areas is essential.
• Has a high attention to detail.

Here’s what we want in the right candidate:
1. Manage performance of independent sales groups closely. This includes goal setting, tracking results, and establishing a relationship with high accountability expectations
2. Help plan and support the sales groups’ pursuit of new business.
3. Train both new and experienced sales representatives. This includes initial introductory training and ongoing training so sales groups stay current on promotions, products, and other sales incentives.
4. Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials
5. Active presence out in the field. The right candidate will spend a minimum of 2-3 days per week out of their office. This should include visiting current customers and stores, new business prospects, training sales representatives and any other related responsibilities.
6. This position will be geographically located on the west coast, and will be responsible for the independent sales groups located in the western and central parts of the US.

PART TIME MERCHANDISING REPRESENTATIVE - METRO DETROIT
We are looking for a Part Time Service Representative in Greeting Card sales and merchandising.
This representative will be responsible servicing our customers in the territory which encompasses Flint, Fenton, Grand Blanc, Clarkston and surrounding communities.
Requirements:
• You must live within the territory.
• Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance and registration.
• Have a computer in your home.
• Have proficient computer skills.
Experience as a merchandiser or in route sales is a plus.
This is an hourly position, paying $10 per hour, plus mileage. Requires approximately 15 hours a week, with some schedule flexibility. Paid vacation
accrues with hours worked.
