Level 1 ($3,000+): These are the BEST OF THE BEST and need the most attention 

  • Service Cycle: 30 days
  • Account on control recommended to maximize sales 
  • No old age pockets!
  • Offer Business Reviews every 6 months – to determine if brand adjustments or display expansion opportunities exist
  • Annual review of captions and refreshes as needed
  • Auto Avanti 24 pocket seasonal program recommended

 Level 2 ($1500 - $2999): Maximize the account’s control to increase sales to become a Level 1 rooftop

  • Service Cycle: no less than every 60 days
  • Present at least one business review per year
  • Less than 5% Old Age below eye level
  • Use a 24-pocket display or bigger for seasonal

 Level 3 ($500 - $1,499): What can we do to move them to L2?

  • Service Cycle: no less than 90 days
  • Keep old cards out of eye level pockets
  • Limit old age to bottom 2 rows
  • Adjust captions if needed
  • Add a brand if it will resonate with shoppers
  • Use 15-pocket display for seasonal

 Level 4 ($499 or less): Every customer deserves Avanti attention and service

  • Service Cycle: 120 days or at least twice per year.
  • Additional contact can be made via phone or email to build relationship
  • Keep eye level fresh with new and best sellers
  • Move cards below eye level around to freshen display
  • Keep envelopes and signs fresh
  • Sell seasonal if customer requests it - limit to15-pockets
  • If seasonal is unsuccessful convert that spinner to blanks or another brand

 New Accounts: We have invested in them. Make them the best they can be!
(Includes Level 0 that have not had a full year of sales to assign Level)

  • Start Service at 45 days
  • Perform business review at 6 months  - review caption mix and expandsion opportunities
  • Build relationship with increased visibility during the first year
  • If reorders are strong consider upgrades
  • Seasonal – Always sell Auto Avanti seasonal, start with 15 pockets
