We heard your requests and Avanti is pleased to now offer all customers the ability to pay your balance through a convenient & secure online credit card transaction. To make a payment at any time, simply click on the button below and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.
DID YOU KNOW WE ALSO OFFER AUTOPAY?
Avanti can safely store your credit card to have your statement balance paid automatically each month. Open credits from your returns will always be deducted before the account balance is charged to your credit card, which occurs during the first week of each month. To sign up for monthly autopay please download the form below, contact our Customer Care team, or simply check the appropriate box on your monthly statement when returning it to Avanti.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL US TO APPLY YOUR CREDITS!
Even if you aren't using the autopay service described above, there is no need for you to call in to apply open credits. Available credits will always be reflected in the account balance on your monthly statements, and are applied automatically when the statement balance is paid in full. If you are paying an individual invoice (rather than the entire statement), simply reference the credit number on your remittance and deduct it from your payment amount.
(NOTE - if your available credits amount to more than the balance of your open invoices, there is no need to initiate any payment to Avanti. We will not send out a statement unless you have a balance due)
DON'T FORGET PAPERLESS BILLING!
Avanti can have your invoices, credit memos, and monthy statements sent directly to your email address on the same day they are issued. This eliminates any need to wait for paper documents to arrive by US Mail. To sign up for e-billing, please fill out the E-Bill Request, or contact our Customer Care below.
